
I said I would incorporate more salads into the diet, and here’s the first one we made. It’s Real Simple Magazine’s Sesame-Lime Chicken Salad.
The recipe called for a cup of crispy Chinese noodles, but leaving those out cuts about 150 calories per serving from the recipe. And you won’t even miss them because the veggies are all so crunchy. I threw a few scallions into the dressing for some added flavor and went with seeded serrano pepper.
